The Vikings (4-8) jumped out to a 7-0 lead in the first quarter and never looked back. Senior attackman Caleb Woodworth led the offense with three goals and three assists. Ben Manterian added three goals, Craig White had two goals and an assist and Andrew Fitzgerald notched two goals.

With 18 seconds left, Triton was tied with a strong Hamilton-Wenham side. But after a good set play leading to a goal and a turnover, the Generals made the Vikings pay, and escaped with a win.

Caleb Woodworth (3 goals, 3 assists) and goalie Carson True (13 saves) each had terrific games for the Vikings. Nick DeFrancesco had two goals, Tony Mirandi had two goals, Cody Sheppard had a goal, and Craig White had an assist.

Brian Amor scored four goals to lead the North Andover boys lacrosse team to an 8-2 win over Triton.

Caleb Woodworth scored two goals for Triton (3-6). Craig White and Nick DeFrancesco also scored a goal each. Bert Comins played well on defense. Carson True made 11 saves.

Nick DeFrancesco (2 goals), Chad Howard (assist), Tony Mirandi (assist), and Cody Shepard (goal) all produced for the Vikings (1-2) yesterday. Carson True made nine saves. The score at the half was 5-1 Hamilton-Wenham.

Reeling and trailing Triton 6-5 in the third, North Andover's laxmen turned to Rob Morandi. The senior midfielder ripped off three straight goals in three minutes to turn the tide in a 9-6 Knight win. Bob Berman helped out with a big defensive effort, and Brien O'Connor was active in goal to key the North Andover transition game.
