Haverhill took top honors in the Hillie Duals, winning four straight meets before taking the championship when Brookline oddly forfeited in the finals. Jake Nicolosi (138), Sam Prescott (152), Isaiah Delossantos (160) and heavyweight jay Levy were all 5-0 on the day.

Lawrence got back on track by winning four of five meets and finishing second at the John Marshall Hall of Fame Duals in Merrimack, N.H. Sophomore Eric Sanchez won five times at 170 with five pins and freshman Devin Reynoso went 4-0 splitting between 106 and 113. Brandon Santell was 4-1 at heavyweight for the Lancers (13-8).
Read More »Windham stormed to a 25-0 lead, but Merrimack rebounded in a bigtime way. At the end it was 37-37. Tie-breaker after tie-breaker decided nothing. The 8th tie-breaker (most first points in a match) went to Merrimack for the crazy 38-37 win.
