Triton's Cam Kneeland has been turning a lot of heads this spring. Both at the plate and on the mound.

"When he's up at the plate, you don't want to miss him," says Vikings coach Steve Padovani, "because at any given at bat, he can do something you don't see very much at the high school level. It's scary to think of how good he will be, because he can only get better."

Rockport downs Triton 6-5 in OT

It may have taken over four hours to complete, but the Rockport Vikings couldn't think of a better way to spend a Tuesday night, as they defeated Triton, 6-5 in 11 innings. The victory sent the Vikings over .500 with a 6-5 record.

Georgetown bests Kneeland, Triton

Cam Kneeland's torrid start was perhaps the biggest factor in the Triton baseball team's 4-0 record leading into the school's April vacation last week.

But the Vikings senior, who leads all River Rival players in home runs and batting average, wasn't able to prevent his squad from completing April vacation with a three-game losing streak Saturday.

Katin pitches Triton past Newburyport

Triton picked up its first victory over Newburyport in two seasons Saturday | a 3-2 victory at Lower Field.

Triton's Sam Ferrara scored from third base on a passed ball in the top of the seventh. That run proved to be the difference. Joe Katin earned the complete-game victory for the Vikings in the opener, allowing six hits and one earned run.
