The Phillips Academy girls hockey team had only won one game, but it peppered Brooks goalie Danielle Arseneau all game yesterday afternoon. But Arseneau, a freshman, was up to the challenge as Brooks held on for a 1-0 victory.

"She (Arseneau) was definitely the difference maker," said Brooks coach Jenelle Ries. "She made some great saves late when they were on the power play."

Lauren Bishop scored for Brooks (6-5-1) in the first period and Arseneau did the rest with 28 saves.
