Backboned by sophomore Meghan Gulbrandsen's fifth shutout of the season, Haverhill moved into first place in the Merrimack Valley Conference Small with a 2-0 victory over Billerica.
Casey Anderson scored both goals for the Hillies (5-2-2), the second on a blast from 40 yards out that soared over the Indians goalie's head and into the twine. Haverhill head coach Fred Tarbox called the score "one of the more unbelievable goals I've ever seen."
