The Triton Vikings (1-12) extended their five game losing streak with a 73-41 loss to Manchester-Essex. Charles Anderson led the Vikings with 13 points, 5 steals, 4 assists, and 3 rebounds, and Tom Bashaw added 10 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 steals.
"We stayed with them in the first quarter, but we continued to turn the ball over, and they were able to just sit on the lead," said Triton coach Ryan Souliotis. "We played a lot of the younger kids tonight, and it was nice to see them play so we could start developing them and begin to build a foundation for next year."
