First-year cross country athlete Andrew Buckless placed fifth (18:24) for Triton (5-4) at Bradley Palmer State Forest (3.1 miles). Zach Peabody finished ninth (18:33). TJ Howard placed 11th (18:45).

"We were without two of our top three runners due to illness and injury," Triton coach Joe Colbert said. "It's tough to compete against a great team like Masco at full strength."
