Methuen coach Matt Twomey offered plenty of praise for Lawrence's Jadith Lorenzo.
"She's the best player around," he said.
The senior led the Lancers with with 27 kills, 16 blocks, and 23 service points in a 25-21, 25-18, 19-25, 30-28 win over the Rangers.
Methuen did have a few highlights. Junior Rashidat Agboola set a new school record for kills (23) while senior Rebeca Guselli broke her own school record with 48 assissts.
