Lindsay scores four times, Pelham romps

PENACOOK, N.H. – Brett Lindsay ran for 142 yards and three touchdowns and caught another score as Pelham crushed Merrimack Valley 52-0 on Friday night.

A Matt Crowley blocked punt set up Lindsay's first score, a 16-yard TD catch from Ian Hoey.

Lindsay then broke a 61-yard score, and ran for TDs of 2 and 8 yards. That all came in the first half as the the Pythons built a 33-point lead.

Crowley also ran for a 2-yard score, and Hoey (1-yard run) and Mason Fecteau (18-yard run) scored in the third.

Evan Haskins then capped the scoring when he pulled the ball away from the running back and ran it 31 yards for a touchdown.

Pelham (2-2) next travels to Hollis-Brookline next Saturday (2:30 p.m.).
