The Pinkerton boys soccer team couldn't have asked for a better Preliminary Round showing as they racked up six goals and allowed none against Spaulding just three days before their Class L Quarterfinal showdown against rival Londonderry, which defeated Goffstown 2-1 yesterday.
Mike Wanelik led the way with two goals and an assist, Ryan McMullen joined the scoring parade with a goal and two assists, and Donald Dane also contributed a goal and an assist in the Astros' 16th win of the season.
