The Georgetown girls ski team enjoyed a terrific day at the Interscholastic Meet, placing third as a team with 582 points. The Royals were led by Newburyport's Margaret Cote, who finished ninth in the league with a time of 49.33.
North Andover continued its dominance of the league, as the five-time regular-season North Shore League champs won their fifth straight league meet title. Maria Cavallaro, who is nursing a knee injury, placed second overall with a 46.29 (combined slalom and giant slalom). Masconomet's Faith Stanton was the overall champ in 45.75.
