One Andover boys singles player and two Andover doubles teams advanced to the quarterfinals of the North Section Individual State tournament.
Andrew Imrie, seeded second at the tourney's Methuen site, won all three of his matches yesterday to advance.
Aaron Edelman and Kellen McAuliffe went 3-0 on the day to advance. So did the Golden Warriors doubles team of Arun Padykula and Arman Rafiee who beat the No. 1 doubles teams from Masconomet, Chelmsford and Manchester.
