Dan Dymecki worked a complete-game shutout and teammate Rory Ziomek followed that with six shutout innings as Phillips took both ends of a twinill, 7-0 and 14-0.
Dymecki struck out nine in completing his three-hit gem. Ziomek scattered six hits before giving way to reliever Matt Hoffman who worked a spotless seventh inning in game two.
Tom Palleschi had six hits during the two games (three in each game) as the Big Blue smashed out 28 in the two games. Palleschi also had five RBIs in the doubleheader sweep.
Curtiss Pomeroy had three hits in the second game.
