Salem boys basketball launched two shots in the final seconds. One was no good and the other was blocked as the No. 2-seeded Blue Devils were stunned 63-62 by No. 15 seed Dover in a Division 1 first round game.
Salem (14-5) took the lead with 15 seconds remaining. But Dover's Mike LeBlanc regained the lead for Dover with 8 seconds left when he scored inside the paint.
Salem senior Joseph Dube netted 21 points and Ben Slepian added 14.
LeBlanc poured in a game-high 22.
The Blue Devils had beaten Dover 72-42 on Jan. 13.
