Medford and Haverhill went at it with the Mustangs pulling out an 11-10 win.
"Whoever had it last was going to win, we just kept going back and forth," said Hillies coach Mindy Cripps. "It was quite heartbreaking, really intense. But out kids played with a lot of heart, a lot of spunk."
Molly Gleason paced Haverhill with three goals and a pair of assists.
