P.J. Singster did it all today for Timberlane in a 2-0 upset of fifth seed Manchester Memorial. Not only did he throw a shutout, but he also had the only RBI of the game, dropping down a suicide bunt in the fifth inning to give the No. 12 Owls a 1-0 lead. Timberlane coach Jamie Fish said, "This was one of the best high school pitching duals I've seen in a while." Timberlane travels to Salem Saturday for quarterfinal action.
