Londonderry smothers Memorial

MANCHESTER — Londonderry used the "home run" on offense and tight defense last night to notch its fourth win in the last five games, 22-8 over Manchester Memorial.

After a 22-yard TD run by Alex Lambert (22 carries, 105 yards) early in the second quarter, the Lancers (4-3) scored on an 80-yard pass play from Ross Johnston to Sean O'Gorman to make it 13-0 at halftime.
