Losing in the final 15 seconds, heavyweight Shane Sloban rallied for a 9-6 decision to turn the tide in Pentucket's 44-27 major upset of Triton. Devrick Felder (145) and Jordan Pinzone (189) had key pins for the Sachems (7-14-1). Triton fell to 20-4.

Tim Hudon (160, 8-3), who wrestled one of the best matches of his career according to coach Shawn McElligott, and Brendan O'Neil (171, pin) secured a big victory for Triton in the final two matches over Masconomet, 42-32.

The Vikings won their 12th match of the season, beating the Hamilton-Wenham Generals 31-18, thanks to another great full team effort. Danny Chandler won by decision, Colton Blanchete won by fall, Joe Chandler won by fall, Mike Doherty won by decision, Cody Miller won by fall, and Rob West won by fall.

Wrestling in the Frank DeMeo Duals Memorial Team Tournament, Triton pulled off impressive victories over Essex Junction, VT 40-27 and Algonquin Regional 46-19 before falling to Central Catholic in the finals to take home second place. Dan Chandler was voted Triton's MVP at 119 taking home three wins in the meet.

 Despite a lopsided score Triton coach Shawn McElligott said the final result was not indicative of how closely his team performed against the perrenially strong North Andover Scarlet Knights.

Joe Chandler (130) had a signature win 6-2 over Marblehead's captain Brandon Poulin as Triton defeated Marblehead, 33-15.

For the Vikings Dan Chandler (119), Mike Doherty (135), Nick Cross (1152), Brendan O'Neil (171), and Jordan Doucette (189) all had wins. 

After losing a year ago to Division 1 Methuen 59-18, Triton exacted revenge beating the Rangers for the first time in three years, 39-34. Joey Chandler's (119) 5-2 win was the swing match and Jordan Doucette's pin (189) clinched the win.
