Lawrence closed out the season in fine fashion, dispatching Dracut on the road, 48-45. Xiomarie Quinones led the Lancers with 11 points (three 3-pointers), and Luz Brenz was just shy of a double-double with nine points and 14 boards.

Alysia Clark scored a game-high 17 to help Lawrence squeeze past Newburyport 45-41. Yulissa Nunez added 11 for the Lancers. 

Lindsey Tomasz scored 16 points for Newburyport (5-9). Caitlin Hill added 11. Samantha Baribeault scored six.

Methuen's all-everything center Rashidat Agboola had 23 points and 9 rebounds in its 60-47 victory over Lawrence. Ashley Adams added 12 points in the tourney-qualifying win. Luz Brenz led the Lancers with 13 points.

Both Luz Brenz (20 points, 12 rebounds) and Yulissa Nunez (15 points, 12 rebounds) recorded double doubles to help lead Lawrence past Chelmsford, 55-47. Nunez hit a pair of treys. Kelly Sicard racked up 8 points.

In her first game back from a leg injury, Lucy Francisco sank a pair of free throws to send the Lawrence girls hoop team into overtime against Billerica — which entered the game 7-2. The Indians, however, prevailed 46-43 after the extra frame. Francisco scored 17 points for the Lancers, who had a 3-pointer rim out at the buzzer of OT.

Methuen's Rashidat Agboola poured in a game-high 28 points powering the Rangers to a 59-47 win over Lawrence. Methuen (3-4) welcome Tewksbury on Friday, and the Lancers will tangle with Notre Dame.

Andover beat Lawrence 60-26. Nicole Boudreau led the Golden Warriors with 15 points and Luz Brenz chipped in six points for the Lancers.
