Liam Doyle allowed just two hits, struck out seven and did not walk a batter in a five-inning complete game as Pinkerton beat Timberlane 10-0 in the Division 1 preliminary round. Jacob Albert was 3 for 3 with two RBIs and a run and Thomas Rioux drove in three runs for the Astros, who will next face archrival Londonderry on Saturday (4 p.m.)

Pinkerton rallied from four runs down, and Tyler Michaud drove home the go-ahead run in the top of the seventh with an RBI single. Max Lukeman then shut down Windham in the bottom of the inning to clinch a 10-7 win for the Astros. Jacob Albert scored three runs for the winners, while Tom Rioux drove in three runs.

Liam Doyle dominated, allowing just two hit and striking out 12 in a complete game as Pinkerton avenged its second loss of the season by beating Londonderry 3-0. Thomas Rioux had two hits and drove in a run.

No. 2 hitter Jacob Albert drove in four runs, while leadoff man Ethan Burgess and No. 3 hitter Cole Yennaco each had 2 RBIs as Pinkerton rolled over Concord 10-0 in five innings. 

Pinkerton's Liam Doyle allowed just three hits and struck out nine in a complete game, as the Astros topped Goffstown 4-0. Lorenzo Corsetto added a double, an RBI and a run scored for the winners.

Pinkerton beat Goffstown 12-2 in six innings. Thomas Rioux went 4 for 4 and drove in four runs, Cole Yennaco had two hits and two runs, and Jacob Albert stole three bases and scored three times.

No. 9 hitter Paul Lescovitz delivered two hits and drove in three runs as Pinkerton rallied for 10 runs in the sixth inning on the way to beating Nashua South 12-4. Lorenzo Corsetto added three hits and scored twice for the winners.

Jacob Albert was 3 for 4 with two RBIs and Tyler Michaud was 3 for 3 as Pinkerton kept rolling with a 7-5 win over Nashua North.

Liam Doyle struck out 16 in just six innings and allowed just three hits as Pinkerton clipped Winnacunnet 5-1. Colby Bernier and Reilly Beaulieu had two RBIs apiece for the Astros (6-1).

Merrimack tied it with a run in the bottom of the seventh but Pinkerton finally prevailed 7-3 in an 11-inning marathon. Max Lukeman (5 innings, 1 run, 2 hits) got the win in relief of Tom Rioux (6 innings, 1 hit, 2 runs, 0 earned). Cole Yennaco (3 hits, 3 RBI, 2 runs) and Lorenzo Corsetto (2 hits, 2 RBI) starred offensively.
