Read More »The Amesbury Indians (4-7-2) fell to the Manchester-Essex Hornets (10-1-1) yesterday, 4-0. The Indians were out-shot 27-4, but Kaitlyn Goodwin made 18 saves for the Indians.
"We were overwhelmed with their aggression and strong play," said Indian coach Gail Kelleher. "We did adjust, but they're just a better team at this point of the year. Michelle Foley played her best game of the year, and Maggie Santosuosso also played extremely well."
