Triton (6-4-7) clinched a state tournament berth with the victory. Amesbury coach Brett Manoloff felt the Vikings defense was the key.

 Justin Paquette had two goals, Evan Schwartz had a goal, Collin Smith had an assist, and Ed Hargreaves had an assist for the Vikings.

Eddie Hargreaves had two goals for Triton (5-3-7). Matt McWeeney had the game-winner. Justin Paquette added a goal and an assist. Evan Schwarz had three assists. Colin Smith added one.

Hamilton-Wenham 2, Triton 2

Recently called up from the JV team, Matt McWeeney provided a huge lift for Triton scoring both goals to tie a talented Hamilton-Wenham team, 2-2.

McWeeney scored the game-tying goal with less than 10 minutes left after Ed Hargreaves recieved a Justin Paquette cross and then put the ball back across the face of goal where McWeeney tapped it home.

North Andover 0, Triton 0

Suffering from a lot of the bumps and bruises of a long season to many of its key players, Triton had to make several lineup changes heading into a big match against North Andover. The moves paid off as coach Brad Smith said his team played its most consistent, hard-nosed game of the season in a huge tie, 0-0.

Rockport 1, Triton 1

The Vikings (3-5-4) led 1-0 for most of the game but surrendered the tying goal late in the second half. Sophomore midfielder Shaffy Roell scored early in the first half on a header, after a nice cross from junior striker Michael Emerson. Rockport defenders A.J. Burnham, Ethan Clarkson and Brendan Douglass all played well while midfielders Ben Clarkson and Kevin Corrigan were other notables.
