Tim Letourneau and Sawyer Bilich both scored three goals as Methuen's boys lacrosse team (8-12) ended its season with its second straight win, 12-11 over Boston Latin.

The Central Catholic boys lacrosse team punched its ticket to the state tournament with its 16-5 win over Methuen. Zach DeBay led the way with four goals and Liam Burke, Thomas Manty and Nate Driscoll each had hat tricks. Tim Letourneau led Methuen with two goals.

Ryan Macke, Cooper Munroe and Dan O'Connell each had three goals in Methuen's dominate 12-4 win over Matignon. O'Connell and Mackey also had three and two assists respectively.

It was a good day for Tim Letourneau. The Methuen senior scored five goals and assisted on two others to help the Rangers knock off Saugus 14-6.

Grant Chesky scored four goals and Troy Sliney had a goal and five assists as Haverhill downed Methuen 11-9.

Danny O'Connell scored the go-ahead goal with just over three minutes left, and a defense led by Nathan Lopez, Michael Bowden and Alex Fitzgerald made it stand up as Methuen rallied from a four-goal halftime deficit to beat Tewksbury 9-8.

Senior Casey Hughes scored three goals and his freshman brother Keegan Hughes added a hat trick of his own as North Andover topped Methuen 15-4.

Senior quad-captain Jason Moynihan scored 1:25 into OT and Methuen beat previously unbeaten Lowell (3-0) in a 9-8 thriller. Moynihan had three goals while Dan O'Connell, Tim Letourneau and Ryan Mackey added two apiece.

The Andover boys lacrosse team trounced Methuen 16-1 to improve to a perfect 2-0 on the season. Steve Serrao had a hat trick and Matt Croston, Alex Trottier and Chris Carver each had two goals in the win. Tim Letourneau scored Methuen's goal.
