Cam Farnham gave Andover a one-run the lead with a two-run double in the top of the seventh, but the No. 19 Warriors could not take advantage of a few late chances and fell to No. 14 Acton-Boxboro in the Division 1 North preliminary round.

Gabriel Hernandez went 3 for 4 with two RBIs and two runs to lead Andover 9-6 over Central. The win was the Golden Warriors' 10th, which qualifies them for the tournament. 

Red-hot Andrew Deloury led off the eighth inning with a double, advanced to third on the fielder's choice and scampered home on a picture-perfect suicide squeeze bunt by Chris Dunn for the run that gave Andover a 4-3 victory over Chelmsford.

Chris Dunn stroked a two-run single in the bottom of the ninth to lift Andover past Bishop Guertin 5-4.

Andrew Deloury broke open a close game with a grand slam as part of a six-run sixth inning in Andover's 14-9 win over North Andover. It came exactly one week after Deloury's slam against Methuen.

Andrew Deloury got the offense cranking with a second-inning grand slam and Andover didn't let up in a 13-3 victory over Methuen. Junior Tim Awiszus (three hits) stroked a pair of doubles, driving in three runs, while Nate Giammasi also plated three runs with his two-hit effort.

Sean Wrenn scattered six hits, struck out seven and walked one to lead Haverhill to a 4-1 victory over Andover (1-2). Nick Comei had a double, an RBI and a run scored while Ryan Perez and Patrick Yale each added two hits for the Hillies.
