McCall leads dramatic win

Trailing by a goal with a minute left in the game, Nekele McCall tied the game with a goal with 59 seconds left, then she scored the winner with 17 seconds remaining in regulation to give Phillips a 9-8 upset win over Brooks. The Big Blue trailed by three goals midway through the third, but stifled the Brooks attack from there, led by a 12-save performance by Mallory Tyler.

Brooks quick on draws

After suffering a penalty and falling behind the Governor's Academy early, Brooks surged for five unanswered goals and ran away for a 20-11 victory in its regular season finale. Jill Doherty (five goals, five draw controls) and Bella Papapetros of Andover (goal, six ground balls, three draw controls) got the Brooks offense flowing effectively.

Five star performances keeps Brooks perfect

Jill Doherty and Ren Robinson each scored five goals to pace Brooks to a 19-9 win at Phillips Exeter. The win keeps Brooks perfect (9-0 overall, 8-0 ISL). Doherty also had three assists and Abby Hooper added three goals.

Ren Robinson scored five times and Jill Doherty, of North Reading, added three more as Brooks cruised past St. George's, 17-5. Jackie Kelleher, Abby Hooper and Annie McClelland each had two goals for Brookos (7-0).

Still perfect

Late in a tie lacrosse game, superb Brooks defense from Jill Doherty and Jackie Kelleher separated the St. Mark's goalie from the ball. Ren Robinson took possession and set up Annie McClelland for the winning goal with 24 seconds left, allowing Brooks to win the battle of unbeatens, 10-9. North Andover's Hannah Buttress was staunch in the Brooks net in a game where neither team held larger than a one-goal lead.

Hooper gives Brooks to 2OT win

Abby Hooper won the draw, broke down field and scored just 19 seconds into the second overtime to give Brooks a 13-12 comeback victory over St. Paul's. Brooks trailed 8-3 at halftime, but rallied back and Jill Doherty scored with 1:03 remaining to send the game into overtime.
