After losing a 6-1 lead with two outs in the seventh, the Brooks softball team rallied for three runs in the bottom of the seventh for a 9-8 victory — their third straight. Freshman Danielle Doherty was 2 for 4, scored twice and played excellent defense. 

Emma Goff doubled and, after an intentional walk, raced home on Jacquelyne DiTroia's RBI as Brooks earned the walkoff softball win, 5-4, over Exeter.

Sam Nestor's surprise bunt single started a six-run rally for Brooks, who broke open a one-run game into a route and an eventual 12-2 win over Milton Academy.  The victory was Brooks first of the season and was complemented by a 15-hit attack, which was led by Ellie Donohue's three hits.

Although Brooks fell to Worcester Academy 11-6 in softball, it wasn't for lack of effort by Jackie DiTroia. The senior from Andover was 4 for 4 with two triples and three RBIs. Rachel Mills added a double and triple and had three RBIs.
