Junior Masha Lange wasn't in the starting lineup but she pinch hit, played some second base and went 2 for 2 with a triple, double and five RBIs to help lift Timberlane softball 14-2 over Manchester Memorial.

Rachel Murphy's two-run double in the fifth broke open a tight one, awakening Salem in a 6-0 whitewash of Memorial. Kaitlyn Arsenault moved to 5-0 on the year, striking out six and allowing three hits in five innings of work.

Nicole Gubellini pitched five scoreless innings, striking out nine batters and giving up two hits. She also smashed a three-run homer to help Salem softball win 13-0 over Manchester Memorial.

Kasey Maraffa had a two-out double in the bottom of the seventh  her third hit of the game to key Pinkerton to a 5-4 comeback victory over Manchester Memorial.

Londonderry's softball team opened its season on a high note, blasting Manchester Memorial 8-2. Sam Corey, who rarely hit last year had three hits and two RBIs while getting the win with 13 strikeouts, Lindsey Bolduc had a home run among her three hits and impressive sophomore Leah Hunt had three doubles as the Lancers drilled 15 hits.
