Brooks boys soccer lost 3-0 to a powerful South Kent in the Class B title game. 

"Most of the coaches there thought they (South Kent) were one good back away from being a NESCAC team," Brooks coach Dusty Richard said.

The Brooks boys soccer team scored early and scored late to defeat Williston 2-1 in the Class B semifinals yesterday and will play South Kent School in today's 11 a.m. finals against South Kent School.

Returning strikers make difference for Brooks

The welcome return of two talented strikers helped Brooks control play in a deceiving 1-0 quarterfinal boys soccer victory over Suffield Academy.

Greg Conrad scored three goals and Zach Viera added two as Brooks moved into first place in the ISL with a 5-1 win over Rivers.  Jory Makin had two assists for the Green and White (6-0-2, 5-0-2 ISL).
