Ryan Browner hurled eight innings, allowing two earned runs on six hits and four walks while striking out six batters to lead Georgetown baseball to a 6-4 extra inning victory over Manchester Essex. Colby Ingraham stroked an RBI single in the top of the eighth, then stole home on a double steal.

Tyler Leavitt fanned nine batters in four innings and Mike Weisman and Brandon Walsh both homered and drove in four runs as North Andover whipped Manchester Essex 19-7.

Both teams had their issues, but Georgetown was able to convert Manchester Essex's miscues into runs in an 8-3 victory. Amongst a spate of wild pitches and errors, Ryan Browner had a key RBI single as part of the Royals' breakthrough four-run fourth inning.
