Phillips freshman varsity golfer Jack McVeigh of North Andover shot a hole-in-one in an 11-1 win over BB&N. It's the first ace in 20 years for Big Blue head coach Brian Faulk. Jack is from a family of basketball coaching legends John (Brooks) and Mike McVeigh (North Andover).

Senior Molly Madigan of North Andover had five 3-pointers and scored a career-high 16 points on senior night at Brooks (16-8) ended the regular season with an 81-25 romp over St. Mark's. Pairings will come out on Sunday for the NEPSAC playoffs.

Darrel Yepdo sank four 3-pointers and former Central standout George Smith had three as Brooks whipped St. Mark's 87-57.  Brooks (21-2) had 11 trifectas overall.

Carly Stefanini made the most of her opportunities with runners in scoring position, blasting two doubles and driving in six runs to help Brooks to a 12-1 win over St. Mark's. Pitcher Sara Moeller had 14 strikeouts and also went 2 for 3 with three RBIs to help her cause.

Thanks to 11 points from North Andover's Molly Madigan, the Brooks girls basketball team ended its season with a 52-42 win over St. Mark's. Sydney Robinson led the way with 22 points.

Brooks won its fifth straight outright ISL championship after winning it only once between 1960 and 2014. Brooks secured the title with a 69-39 win over St. Mark's, completing a perfect 14-0 record in the league (16-6 overall). Senior guard Colin Khater of North Andover scored his first career points with two foul shots in the 2nd half 

Haverhill's Dallion Johnson erupted for 34 points as Phillips Academy rolled over St. Mark's 93-64.

NORTH ANDOVER — The Brooks field hockey team certainly played up to its No. 1 seed at Home Saturday, rolling over St. Marks in the Class B prep semifinals.

The unbeaten Green and White (16-0-2) led 1-0 at halftime on a goal by Caroline O'Keefe and pulled away in the second half on goals by Charlotte Marks and Lucy Verdone. Goalie Katie Wimmer of Windham made two saves to notch her 11th shutout of the season.

Isabela Miller and Caroline Kukas, both from North Andover, scored second half goals as Brooks remained unbeaten in field hockey, beating St. Mark's, 2-0.
