Ceci Ginsberg 6th long jump, 15-4.5; 4th 55 meters, 7.87; Olivia Siwicki 2nd 55 hurdles, 10.01; Megan Rozzi 7th 300, 46.14; Mile Nicole Kroon (6th, 4:39.18), Rose Gordon (7th, 4:39.69), Erika Wojcik (8th, 5:39.72) and 4x400 4th 4:28.55 (Anne Watson, Rozzi, Leigha Leavitt, Siwicki).

North Andover senior Ryan Connolly continued his tremendous cross country season Saturday by placing first at the Dick Atkinson Invitational5K in Westfield, covering the 3.1 miles in 16:07.80. Teammate Luke McGillivray finished 14th. The Knights did not send a complete squad.

Methuen sophomore Kiley Buckley had four hits, including three home runs, and a whopping eight RBIS as Phillips Academy ended its season (7-5) with a 17-5 rout of Phillips Exeter.

Fallon O'Connor and Evalyn Lee also had three hits and a pair of RBIs.

Bradford's Dallion Johnson hit seven 3-pointers and No. 6 Phillips Academy beat archrival No. 3 Phillips Exeter 73-63 in the first round of the NEPSAC Class A tournament on Wednesday. The Big Blue advance to the quarterfinals against No. 2 Hotchkiss on Saturday.

It was a milestone, but not a dramatic one for Timberlane wrestling coach Barry Chooljian Saturday.

With an easy sweep of Phillips Exeter (64-9), Framingham (63-18) and Noble (57-24), Chooljian passed the 600 wins and is now 602-50-5 in 34 years.

Mary Stuart Kerrigan scored off a free kick from Rachel Chang in the second half and Phillips Academy girls soccer beat Phillips Exeter 1-0.

Lucy Adams notched a pair of goals to lead the Brooks field hockey team to a solid 4-0 win over Phillips Exeter. Both teams had just two losses heading into the game.
