Hat trick encore
North Andover's Eliza Marshall recorded her second straight hat trick, givinbg her 18 goals on the season, as Brooks (7-2-2) ripped Lawrence Academy 4-1. Sophomore goalie Callie Will had two saves filling in for North Andover's Britt Hart, who is out with a concussion.
GROTON — Joe Napolitano scored on a 10-yard run in the first quarter and a Mike Sheehan extra-point kick gave Brooks a brief 7-6 lead over powerful Lawrence Academy yesterday.
But it was downhill from there as Lawrence Academy (5-0) surged to a 32-7 victory. AHead 18-7 at halftime, Lawrence Academy scored a touchdown each in both the third and fourth quarters.

Spartan running back Chris Lane ran past Brooks for 287 yards and six touchdowns as Lawrence Academy accumulated 425 rushing yards as a team. Lane touched the ball on 34 of Lawrence's 52 running plays.
