Pinkerton's boys cross country team did it again yesterday, much to the delight of head coach Mike Clark.
To win both this (Mount Washington Invitational) and Souhegan on the same day last year was unprecedented, but to do it again is unbelievable," said Clark.
Led by Jake Hawkins, who was third in 16:26 on the rugged 3.1-mile course, and Chris Pietrocarlo (fourth, 16:38) tplaced six runners in the top 17 to win Mount Washington with only 29 points.
Just as impressive, Pinkerton's "B" team upended powerful Bishop Guertin to win the Souhegan Relays by a comfortable margin.
