Triton's Deanna Latham won four events — breaking school records in two events (long jump, triple). She also finished first in the 100 (12.4) and 200 (27.0). Rachelle Bourque also set a school record (shot put, 35-6). Ashley Pinette (discus, 100-5), Ashley Matthews (pole vault, 8-0) and Vanessa Short (110-hurdles, 18.6) also placed first for the Vikings (5-0).
"This was an important win over a great opponent," Triton coach Joe Colbert said. "We're being led by several girls who've been in big-time meets like Cape Ann League and state championship meets."
