After closing the deficit to just a single goal, Nick Vazquez drew a double team on a fast break before dishing the ball to Casey Sweeney, who was unable to get the shot off before time expired as Haverhill fell to Acton-Boxboro, 11-10, in the Division 1 East preliminary round. Parker LaMarre starred in net, and Ryan Gauthier was stellar on faceoffs.
