The Pentucket Sachems (4-15) were unable to come back against home-advantaged Bedford last night, losing 62-51. The score at the half was 29-15, Bedford. Joe Casey (15 pts - 10 in the fourth quarter), Connor Harrison (14 pts - 11 in second half), and Jordan Silva (6 pts) all played well for the Sachems.
"We cut their lead down to four with three minutes left in the game, but we just couldn't get over the hump," said Pentucket coach Leo Parent. "Bedford is a very good basketball team, and the fact that we didn't give up and that we made such a nice comeback, it showed great effort."
