Taylor Vondrasek was the star as Timerlane pulled a bit closer to a playoff berth in Class L New Hampshire with a 62-43 win over Goffstown. Vondrasek exploded for 27 points and also had five steals.
"He's been battling flu after flu for a while," said head coach Paul Cardone. "He's had some battles with being sick. Tonight he came out and showed that he's more than capable. He had strep throat too, but was finally able to get out there and show his stuff."
The Owls also got a double-double from senior forward Erik Hatton, who poured in 20 points to go with 10 rebounds.
