NORTH READING — North Reading recovered two offside kicks down the stretch and scored 23 unanswered, but Peter Cleary intercepted a ball on the last play of the game to clinch a 28-23 win for Pentucket.

Charlie Walsh and Cam St. Louis also had interceptions for the winners.
Andrew Melone scored twice, one on a halfback option pass from Cleary. Dyle O'Rourke scored on two third-quarter runs to stretch the lead to 28-0.
