Pinkerton has dominated the Paul Letarte Mt. Washington Invitational over the years, winning 14 of the last 15 meets prior to Saturday, but the Astros were a distant second to Keene this year.
Keene, led by overall winner Jake Velasquez, won with 34 points with the Astros next with 68. Velasquez set a course record of 16:23 on the demanding 5K course, 10 seconds ahead of Astro senior Joe Gagnon.
