Sharp-shooting Ashley Karelis scored two goals, including the game-winner with six seconds left in the game, and Callie Hefferan notched an assist in the first half. Leah Svoboda and Haley Morris split time in goal and combined for nine Newburyport saves.

"Nicole Thurlow and Najah Ali were great on defense, and Cassandra Davis and Callie Hefferan were equally as good on offense. Their goalie (21 saves) was just incredible."
