The Sachems bowed to a talented Lynnfield team yesterday. Pentucket was dominated in corner penalties, 21-3, but the defense and Kelleigh O'Hearn (7 saves) never allowed the Pioneers to exploit the opportunties.
"We gave them a battle and we were certainly frustrating them," said Pentucket coach Ruth Beaton. "But they moved very well and passed even better. Caitlin Milewski, Shannon Brindmour, and Lauren Hannigan all played very well."
