Pentucket hockey is going back to the state tournament for the second straight year, and the Sachems punched their tickets by beating Triton for the first time in a decade. Richie Hardy led the way with three goals and three assists, Cam Martin had two goals and two assists, Hazen Pike had a goal and three assists and Connor Melone made 30 saves.
Triton's lone goal was scored by Sam Rennick, assisted by Brad Killion and Derek Maida. The Vikings are now 6-9-2 and must win all three of their remaining games in order to qualify for the state tournament.
