Pelham girls lacrosse reaches first semifinal

After losing to Hopkinton 14-8 in their last meeting, the Pelham girls lacrosse team bounced back for a 12-10 win in Thursday's Division 3 Quarterfinal, advancing to the program's first semifinal appearance ever. Olivia Gagnon, Sarah Morin and Jill Schwab all had three goals in the win, Shannon Weisensee tacked on two, and Abbie Patchen had the remaining goal.
Pelham (12-3) will now move on to face top-seeded Derryfield in the Division 3 Semifinals this Saturday at 7 p.m. at the Bank of N.H. Stadium in Laconia.
