LOWELL — Greater Lawrence didn't have any troule bouncing back from its heartbreaking playoff loss to Whittier Tech just six days earlier.

In fact, the Reggies seemed to get a bounce from their playoff exit as they ripped Lowell Catholic 30-0 to head into Thanksgiving with a 6-3 record and good momentum when it will face Whittier once again.

Greater lawrence scored in every quarter, rushed the ball for 245 yards and completely stymied Lowell Catholic's offense while coming up with three interceptions.

Jeremy Torres led the way with 97 yards rushing on offense and two touchdowns, while adding two interceptions, while Shane Dunn rushed for 53 yards and two scores. Moreover, his interception right before halftime paved the way for a 39-yard TD pass from Angel Martin to Tyler Purpora.

That was Martin's only completion of the day (in two attempts), but he directed the offense effectively and rushed the ball 13 times for 70 yards.

Torres also led the Wildcats with seven tackles while Edgardo Garcia was credited with six tackles and a fumble recovery.
