Papapetros goal sends Brooks to semis

Bella Papapetros scored a first-half goal, and Brooks made it stand up for a 1-0 victory over Worcester Academy in the New England Prep Class A tournament quarterfinals.

Sophomoroe  Jinx Charman earned the assist on the goal, booting a corner kick that Papapetros headed in for the goal. Acacia Nunes and Sophie Bymark combined for the shutout in net, making three saves each.

Brooks advances to face the winner of tonight's matchup between Choate and Greenwich on Saturday.
