With its undefeated regular season record on the line, Pelham almost made it look too easy.

Joe Slattery completed all four of his pass attempts, three for touchdown passes to Zach Conway, and ran a kickoff back for a touchdown as the Pythons closed out the regular season 8-0 with a 44-34 win over Farmington.

Pelham will now host Bow for the conference title on Saturday. The time is TBA.

"They have worked very and they deserve this," said Pythons coach Ryan Clark. "Joe and Conway have such great chemistry and whenever teams stack the box, they make them pay."

Pelham grabbed a 22-0 lead in the first as Slattery and Conway hooked up for a pair of 35-yard touchdown passes with a Tom Gleaston 1-yard run in the middle.

SLattery then added to the lead with his 66-yard return for a score and a 60-yard TB bomb to Conway.

Dylan Ragonese (108 rushing yards), scored the final touchdown. He served as the primary running back as star Chris Medeiros was a healthy scratch as a number of seniors rested.
