Andover | 105 |
There was no post-meet celebration yesterday when Andover coach Marilyn Fitzgerald registered her 200th career swimming victory by defeating Haverhill, 105-76. Fitzgerald had a simple explanation, saying, "I kept it quiet. It's the kids that win."
The kids came through against the Hillies highlighted by the performance of senior Emma Bentley, who won the 100 backstroke with her first-ever state qualifying time.
