Greater Lawrence rode five interceptions, one of which was returned for a touchdown and another returned on a Tiger two-point conversion attempt, helped the Reggies open the season on a high not.

Christian Rivera, who ran for a career-high 326 yards against Pope John a year ago, powered the GL offense with 181 yards and a pair of scores on 32 attempts. Quarterback Marcos Ortiz ran for two touchdowns and threw for another.

Defensive lineman Angel Abreu returned the first interception of his career for a 26-yard touchdown and added a pair of sacks for a defense that limited the Tigers to only 35 offensive plays.
