It's strange, at this point in the season, that Danvers (4-2-2) would have an 11-day layoff between games (in a non-exam week, no less).
"We'll be doing bowling, arts and crafts ... anything to stay busy as a team," joked head coach Kevin Brown.
The Falcons would most assuredly rather be playing, considering they've won their last three games and four of their last five. They'll play again a week from tonight at Peabody before hosting Saugus on Saturday, Jan. 19.
Brown has been extremely pleased with the play of his second line defense pairing of late. Senior Brett Spencer and junior Dylan Carr skate every other shift and provide a much-needed physical element.
