Pentucket No. 9 hittier Zach Bruk blasted a solo homer over the fence in left field, helping the Sachems beat Triton 6-2.
"We hide him in the No. 9 spot," said Pentucket coach Tom L'Italien. "He is small, but he can really turn on a fastball."
While Bruk was going long, Sachems third baseman Corey McNamara played small ball. He walked three times, stole three bases and drove in a run with a perfect suicide squeeze bunt.
